If you want to uninstall Duplicate Check for Dynamics 365, first undo the setup of each Entity for DC, then delete the solution.

1. Undo Entity setup

1. In Duplicate Check, go to Manage Entities.
2. At the first Entity in the list, click Manage at right.
3. Click the <Entity> Settings tab.
4. In the "Advanced Settings" block, at "Start Entity Teardown Process for Entity", click Start Entity Teardown and wait for the teardown process to finish.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for each Entity in the list.

2. Delete the solution

1. Go to the Solutions overview of your environment.
2. Either
   • Tick "Duplicate Check for Dynamics 365", and select Delete in the menu bar. Or
   • Click on the three-dots-icon in the Duplicate Check for Dynamics 365 line, and select Delete.
3. Click OK in the confirmation window.
