Upgrading to Version 11.20 of Plauti Assign

Version 11.20 of Super Round Robin introduces the new Plauti branding, and a new name: Plauti Assign. Have a look at the Release Notes and find out what's new!

To be able to use these new features, don't forget to follow the post-update instructions below.

 

First, install version 11.20 as explained below. Then follow the post-update instructions.

Install Version 11.20

Assuming you are an existing user of Super Round Robin...

  1. If you are not yet on Version 11.19 or up, first follow the post-upgrade instructions for each previous major upgrade. You can find these in Updating SRR. 
  2. Go to the Super Round Robin AppExchange Page and click Get It Now .
  3. Follow the AppExchange install instructions.
  4. When install has completed, continue with the post-upgrade instructions below.

Post-upgrade Instructions

  • Add the new Plauti Assign app to your list of favorite Salesforce apps to use instead of the SuperRoundRobin app.
     
  • If you are not using the SRR Admin permission set, assign the following app to the applicable profiles or permission sets:
    Plauti Assign (leadassist__plauti_assign)
    if you currently have the Super Round Robin (leadassist__SRR) app assigned there.

    1. Go to Salesforce Setup > Object Manager > Permission Sets or Profiles
    2. Open the Permission Set or Profile that should have Admin access to Plauti Assign (SRR)
    3. Go to Assigned Apps
    4. Check if you currently have the if you currently have the Super Round Robin (leadassist__SRR) app assigned there or set to Visible. If yes:
    5. Add the Plauti Assign (leadassist__plauti_assign) app or set it to Visible.
