Automate Assignment of Leads, Cases, Opportunities and more

SuperRoundRobin is an AppExchange app that you can install onto any Salesforce system Enterprise Edition and above. 

It automates the routing and assignment of records added or updated in Salesforce. It works with 99% of Standard Salesforce Objects and any Custom Object. Out of the box it is configured to work with the following standard objects: Lead, Case, Opportunity, Contact, Account.

Rules Based Round Robin or Weighted Distribution

Records are distributed by even round robin and can be routed to different teams and/or individuals depending on rules you configure in the app. You can set your Users to receive an even distribution of records, or you can adjust the ratio of distribution so that some Users get proportionately more than others. The Rules allow you to segment your records based on any fields on the record; you might route to different teams based on lead geography, case priority, record type; any combination of fields you like!

Set Caps and Distribute Based on Capacity

SuperRoundRobin has the ability to throttle record distribution based on your definition of a Users' capacity. For example, a User can be capped at receiving 20 Leads per day, or they can be capped at having 10 Open Opportunities at any one time. It is dynamic - which means that if the User is capped at 10 Open Opportunities and during the day they close one of them, SuperRoundRobin will see the User has capacity to be assigned another Opportunity and the User will be automatically added to the next round of Opportunities that are distributed.

Assign Multiple Team Members

As organisations and their processes become more complex often we see multiple 'owners' of a record. It might be an Opportunity that has an SDR and a Support Rep and a Technical Rep - each of which need to be assigned to the record. SuperRoundRobin can do this; and each rep can have a custom email notification so they know exactly what they have been assigned and why.

Shift Patterns, Out of Office, Omni and Salesforce Calendar

Each User that is configured to be assigned records by SuperRoundRobin can have their weekly work hours set; for instance a User might work 9-5 each day except Wednesday when they finish at 3pm. These weekly shift patterns can be set so they only get records assigned while they are at work. SuperRoundRobin can also respect the User's Salesforce Calendar, Out of Office and Omni Presence settings. All of these options combine to allow you fine-grained control over when a User can be assigned records.

SuperRoundRobin is now on Version 11

Since it was released in 2020, SuperRoundRobin has gone through hundreds of iterations. Customer feedback is collected and any idea/feature that we think will benefit at least 80% of our customer base is considered for development. It is installed on hundreds of orgs and collectively has routed and assigned hundreds of thousands of leads, cases, opportunities and all manner of custom object records. As SuperRoundRobin is installed on your org, we never see any of your data and SuperRoundRobin does not retrieve or save information from outside your org.
