Question:
After removing the last Assignee from Super Round Robin, or after removing an Assignee who was also an Admin (System Administrator or a user with the SRR Admin permission set), we cannot access Super Round Robin anymore.
Answer:
When you remove an Assignee from SRR, their license is also removed. Reallocate a license to the user that needs to access SRR:
- Go to Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages.
- At SuperRoundRobin, click Manage Licenses.
- Click Add Users.
- Select the user you want to add and click Add.
