SRR cannot be accessed anymore

Question:

After removing the last Assignee from Super Round Robin, or after removing an Assignee who was also an Admin (System Administrator or a user with the SRR Admin permission set), we cannot access Super Round Robin anymore.

Answer:

When you remove an Assignee from SRR, their license is also removed. Reallocate a license to the user that needs to access SRR:

  1. Go to Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages.
  2. At SuperRoundRobin, click Manage Licenses.
  3. Click Add Users.
  4. Select the user you want to add and click Add.

The user might need to log out of Salesforce and in again before the license allocation takes effect.
