When SRR cannot assign a record due to all Assignees being unavailable, the record is temporarily 'parked' with the Queue User that is defined on the MatchGroup page. SRR then checks every 10 minutes to see if any Assignees have become available again, and if so, automatically assigns the parked record.
Why Should I Change The Batch Size?
Sometimes you need to change how many records SRR will try to assign at one time via these scheduled jobs. For instance, if you are running High Velocity Sales and you have an automated process adding Leads to a Sales Cadence, you might encounter an error saying you cannot assign more than 20 leads to the Sales Cadence.
In situations like this, you should change the batch size to 20 or lower to work around the limitations of adding multiple records to a Sales Cadence at once.
Changing The Setting
Navigate to Setup > Custom Metadata Types
