Enable or disable SRR for default objects

By default, Super Round Robin is enabled for the Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, and Case objects. If you're not using SRR for some of these objects, toggle them off so you don't use more of your org's resources than necessary.

To disable or re-enable SRR for one of those default objects:

  1. Open Super Round Robin (SRR) via the App Launcher.
  2. In SRR, go to tab Utility Tools.
  3. In the Object Level Settings block, toggle the settings for the Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Task, and Case objects to enable or disable processing by Super Round Robin for these objects.

After disabling SRR for a certain object, don't forget to remove the Use Round Robin field or Action button from that object's page layout to avoid confusion with your users.

Enable SRR for other objects

To enable Super Round Robin for other standard or custom objects than the default objects listed above, you need to add a couple of fields and a trigger to the object. See Enable SRR for other standard or custom objects for the details on how to do this. Optionally, add the Use Round Robin picklist or button to the object's page layout.
