Plauti Data Orchestration for Salesforce, or PDO for short, combines the strengths of Plauti's Salesforce apps in one flow.
Use one of the templates in the PDO package to set up a flow that combines features of DAP, DC, RV and SRR:
- Trigger the flow with a Direct Action when a Lead is created
- Let RV validate the Lead's address details
- Let DC check for duplicate Contact, Account, or Lead records and merge or convert if applicable
- If no duplicates are found, let SRR assign the Lead
- Keep users informed with email or in-app notifications
All fully automated and daisy-chained.
Install PDO
To install the PDO flow templates:
- Click the install link that will be available at this spot from Wednesday 4 December 2024
- Install for Admin
- Create a flow based on one of the templates
- Configure the flow to match your ORG settings
