SuperRoundRobin is sold on a licensed seats basis. Read more about the different subscriptions on the Pricing page, or contact us at Plauti.com/Contact if you have any questions about billing or your subscription.
SuperRoundRobin interacts with Salesforce Users in the following ways:
Types of User that count as a Seat and where a license is required:
Assignee - license required
The main purpose of SuperRoundRobin is the automatic assignment of records to Assignees. All Assignees require a license - or more accurately, the corresponding User requires a license.
Administrator - license required
The User that configures SuperRoundRobin and has access to all the management tabs such as MatchGroups and CapacityModels. This type of User requires a license.
User That (Manually or Automatically) Triggers SuperRoundRobin - license required
The field Use Round Robin is used by SRR to determine whether the record should be processed for assignment or not. This field can be exposed on the record page layout and manually changed to trigger SRR. This field is part of the SRR Managed Package, and as such requires a license to view and edit this field.
This also applies to automatic processes such as flows or DAP Jobs. In the case of flows, the user or administrator that created the flow requires a license.
Types of User that do not count as a Seat and where a license is not required:
Queue User - license not required
The User that is assigned records when all Assignees for that MatchGroup are unavailable. This User does not require a SRR license, unless they need to manually trigger SuperRoundRobin to reassign records.
Rejects User - license not required
The User that is assigned records when an Assignee rejects the record. This User does not require a SRR license, unless they need to manually trigger SuperRoundRobin to reassign records.
User That Creates The Record - license not required
The creator of a record that is configured to be automatically assigned by SuperRoundRobin does not require a license. e.g. if Mary is a Sales Admin that creates Lead records but she is not an Assignee and does not have a SRR license, the Leads she creates will still be automatically processed by SRR as long as the Lead object is configured to be automatically processed by SRR.
Check your current license use
- In Super Round Robin > Setup and Status > Licensing Status you can check the number of licenses that are in use out of the total number of available licenses.
- In Salesforce Setup > Installed Packages > SuperRoundRobin > Manage Licenses you can check which users currently have an SRR license.
