Problem:

When I try to create a Visualforce page in order to add the Action Launcher to an object, as described in Add the Action Launcher to other objects, I get an error message: 

Error: List controllers are not supported for <Object>

Answer:

Because of Salesforce limitations, the Action Launcher is not available to add on all Objects. Sometimes, such as in the case of the Campaign Member object, you can still apply DAP Actions to the object by using a DAP Job‍ instead.
