Your Salesforce Administrator Job
Are you an ambitious Salesforce Administrator with a few years of experience, ready to take the next step in your career? Do you want to make a real impact while continuing to grow through training and hands-on experience? At Plauti, we’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to optimize and maintain our Salesforce platform, playing a crucial role in our ambitious growth plans.
Salesforce is the backbone of our operations. It supports our Sales, Marketing, and Support teams while also driving the core of our products, including subscriptions, licenses, and billing. Our Salesforce environment integrates seamlessly with various applications like Chargebee, Marketing Engagement, and Sales tools.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to expert at Plauti. This independent role requires visibility and accessibility, as you’ll proactively keep your colleagues informed about project progress and process optimizations. Your analytical mindset and curiosity will enable you to identify needs and develop tailored solutions.
In addition to managing Salesforce, you’ll oversee all other software tools used within Plauti, ensuring you understand how these applications integrate with and support Salesforce.
What we expect
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement;
- Experience with Flow and Apex is a plus;
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is a bonus;
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator;
- Excited by Salesforce’s new features and eager to innovate.
