Over the years, we have made a lot of changes to the look-and-feel of our services. To make the make-over complete, we have redesigned our Knowledge Base.
Over the years, but especially this year, we have spent a lot of time on developing new features for both Duplicate Check and Record Validation. For every (new) feature, an article can be found on the Knowledge Base that explains how to install or configure the feature. In addition, installation guides and explanatory videos are found in the Knowledge Base.
New design and improved content
Because the knowledge base is such an interesting and important part of the website, we felt it was time to give it a make-over. The new design makes it easier to find how-to's, setup or installation guides. Not only did we change the design, we also improved the content. The feedback and requests we received from our customers have inspired us in the creation of content for the Knowledge Base. As a result, we now have much more articles and categories, we have created a video section with a lot more video's than before and placed short video's in articles to show how the feature works. We have articles for every feature and show a detailed overview of every page in Duplicate Check. Of course, we have written articles for Salesforce Classic and Saleforce Lightning users.
Find your answers a lot quicker
One thing we are particularly proud of, is the 'Search' functionality. Visitors have always had the option to use the 'Search' functionality on the Knowledge Base, but feedback taught us that the results weren't always clear enough. The new 'Search' functionality shows you much more relevant articles for the topic you are searching on, in a clear, logical order. Searches are not only done on the title of an article, but articles that have information about your search query are also shown.
